Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Reunite For Christmas


One of the most devastating Hollywood splits in recent years is that of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, but their break-up isn’t as cut and dried as some fans may have feared. The pair has worked hard to keep things as normal as possible for their children, so it’s not surprising that the entire family reunited for the holidays. Affleck, Jennifer, and their children took off for a Christmas holiday in Montana.

It seems Ben and Jenn are capable of getting along quite well, especially when it comes to giving their children a happy Christmas. The former couple took Violet, 12, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5 to Montana to play in the snow and enjoy a real family get together. This wasn’t the first holiday the family spent together. Ben Affleck was also invited to Thanksgiving dinner with Garner and their children, suggesting the pair is intent on providing a stable environment for the kids.
A source close to Jennifer said everyone enjoyed spending time in the snow and being away from hectic Los Angeles living. Garner often takes the children to Montana, because she enjoys the privacy and the country living. according to the source, Garner and Affleck flew to Montana on separate flights, but met up at a ski resort where they both hold property. Jennifer also invited some of her own family to join them at the exclusive resort.
Ben Affleck Left Early
Jennifer and the children are reportedly still in Montana, but Mr. Affleck flew back to Los Angeles shortly after Christmas day. Ben is still dating 37-year-old actress Lindsay Shookus and was seen spending time with her, upon his return to California. They were seen spending time together in Malibu and arrived at a studio together on Thursday. When Lindsay and Ben are both in New York, they share an apartment.
Ben Affleck is also continuing treatment for his substance abuse problems. While he’s no longer confined to a treatment facility, sources close to the actor report that he continues outpatient treatment. Affleck struggles with his addiction daily, but he understands it’s an ongoing process, says the source.
Jennifer Garner will next be seen in the Greg Berlanti drama, Love, Simon, due to hit theaters on March 16, 2018.
Ben Affleck is still expected to reprise his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves.
