About AUREA Multifamily Office

A family office is a relatively recent business model and refers to a private investment, wealth, and asset management firm that provides customized services tailored individually to top-tier investors with ultra-high net worth. A family office provides a much more personalized type of service than a traditional wealth and asset management company.

While traditional companies typically create generic products that they then sell to investors, a family office focuses specifically and solely on developing a customized investment strategy tailored specifically to each individual investor’s needs and preferences. A family office will typically provide such customized wealth management services as financial planning and budgeting, charitable donations, insurance, bequeathals, and tax services.

Founded in 2008, AUREA Multi Family Office, along with its subsidiary companies, provides precisely these services.  Additionally, the firm specializes in:

  • Asset and wealth management
  • Wealth and estate planning
  • Trust real estate
  • International cross-border activities
  • Corporate finance and restructuring
  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Club deals
  • Extraordinary transactions

AUREA and its partner companies specifically work with high-profile clients who have significant net worth and assets. Riva, alongside his select team at AUREA, works with a large international network of mutual funds, hedge funds, banks, investors, asset managers, fund managers, tax attorneys, and insurance companies. AUREA provides discretionary asset management mandates for businesses as well as private parties, and the companies it serves include alternative as well as traditional investment firms. In its diverse scope of activities, AUREA has acted as both facilitator and advisor in service to its clients.

AUREA Multifamily Office’s regulated companies include Aurea Gestioni Patrimoniali SA, and Aurea Consulenti Associati SA, both located in Lugano, Switzerland; BGB AUREA Ltd located in London, UK; and Milano Fiduciaria S.r.l., located in Milan, Italy.
